The first type is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your access to the Site (
“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. We will not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (when identifiable).
In the event that we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has shared any information, we will discard such information.

Retention

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
The Site is operated by an Israeli entity and the Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the state of Israel. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts of Tel Aviv, Israel and stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceedings in such courts for all disputes arising out of the Privacy Policy or relating to the use of the Site.
